What are the modes of collaboration?

We use text memos and video recordings for communication, with live meetings for all demos and critiques in the GMT+2 time zone. We can adapt to your preferred task tracking methods and tools.

What does unlimited design really mean?

You can request as many design tasks as you’d like and your designers will work on the requests in your queue every business day.

Project vs Membership – how to choose?

In Projects we engage in workshops and live reviews to understand your business and ensure we're on target. Memberships give access to a dedicated Software Designer—they become a satellite of your team.

Is there any type of design you don't do on a Membership?

Illustrations and motion design aren’t included in our Membership. If you are already a customer and you’re interested in this type of work we'll provide you a separate quote.

How fast will I get my design?

On average, we deliver a first concept or next revision within 1-2 business days. The complexity of your request and, or the number of tasks currently in your backlog, may affect delivery times.

Can I get a trial before I commit to a premium plan?

What additional benefits come with an Openprest® Membership?
